Friday, July 28, 2017: DNAINFO CHICAGO’S NORTH SIDE CORRESPONDENT, PATTY WELTI POSTED AN ARTICLE ABOUT MSAE’S SINGING INSECT MONITORING SOUNDWALK & TRAINING TODAY AT NORTH PARK VILLAGE NATURE CENTER, FROM 5:30PM – 8:00PM. PARTNERS INCLUDE INFERNO MOBILE RECORDING STUDIO AND THE CHICAGO PARK DISTRICT’S COMMUNITY STEWARDSHIP PROGRAM.
THANKS TO THE BACKING OF THE CHICAGO PARK DISTRICT’S NIGHT OUT IN THE PARKS (NOITP) PROGRAM, MSAE IS ABLE TO SUPPORT CHICAGO TEACHING ARTISTS PLAN AND LEAD THEMATIC SOUNDWALKS THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER. FUTURE PARK SOUNDWALKS INCLUDE THE NEWLY OPENED BIG MARSH IN THE FAR SOUTH SIDE, PING TOM PARK NEAR CHINA TOWN AND NORTHERLY ISLAND PARK. SEE THE FULL SCHEDULE HERE.
