Susan Wolf

Susan Wolf is a librarian, cellist and multidisciplinary artist living in Chicago. She is currently the Adult Services Manager of the Northbrook Public Library and has extensive experience in library programming and large-scale event planning. She studied cello performance and Art History at DePaul University, Art Criticism at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and received a Master’s in Library and Information Science from Wayne State University.


She lived for 11 years in Pueblo, Colorado where she was the co-owner of The Downtown Bar and publisher of the P.U.L.P, an alt-monthly newspaper. She was the founder and organizer of the Pueblo 24-Hour Film Festival, producer of the Pueblo Nightlife Awards and founder of the improvisational music and dance ensemble, PICO. Her current musical interests are in improvisation, graphic notation, natural soundscapes and multimedia production.
