Following numerous discussions in 2017 the new leadership of MSAE decided, to maintain MSAE’s steady rate of successes in engaging academic, creative and public interest in the interrelationships of sound, listening, and environment; it was necessary to reestablish the MSAE as a non-profit corporation apart from the ASAE rather than as a “chapter.”
The second Global Composition Conference announced its call for submissions.
The conference takes place 4—7 October 2018 and is organized by Hochschule Darmstadt’s Research Center for Digital Communication and Media Innovation (DKMI) in collaboration with GFTN e.V./Darmstadt, Master’s program International Media Cultural Work/Faculty of Media h_da in Germany.
The call includes special emphasis and encouragement for “next-generation researchers under 35 years of age.”
